Items must be unused and in the original packaging as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns (order confirmation email or receipt). Certain items are exempt from return: Interactive smart boards with obvious signs of use. Interactive TVs with opened seals or activated software. Interactive kiosks with custom configurations or modifications. Magnetic stylus pens with used nibs or damaged casings. Video conferencing cameras with opened packaging or security seals. Smart mirror photo booths with activated software or personalized features. Other interactive devices with opened packaging or signs of tampering.

Return instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item safely and securely. Ship your item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance for your own protection. We can guide you the process. Inspection and Processing: Once your item arrives, we will inspect it for any damage or misuse. Refund or Replacement: If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 20 days of receiving your returned item. For replacements, we will process a new order for the same item and ship it to you at no additional cost.
